What we collect
- The sweet list. The email address you submit, the date you submitted it, and the language you were reading the page in.
- Your IP address. Recorded with each sign-up so we can spot and block automated sign-ups. It is never used to profile you.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us — about wholesale, an event, or anything else — we keep the conversation so we can answer it.
We don't run analytics on this site, we don't ask for payment details yet, we don't buy contact lists, and we don't build advertising profiles.
How we use it
Email addresses on the sweet list are used for exactly what the sign-up form promises: one note when the shop opens, plus a flavor vote — and, if you order, the free proof and two spare pops that come with your first order. That is the whole list: no resale, no unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
Sweet-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, and never longer than twenty-four months after the shop opens unless you become a customer. Emails you send us are kept for two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send it to you in a portable file. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Write to hello@wahlipop.com and we will answer within thirty days.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen; if a child's details reach us, write to us and we will delete them. Once the shop opens, photos of children for birthday pops and party favors will only be accepted from a parent or guardian.
Changes
As Wahlipop moves from a coming-soon page to a working shop, this policy will grow. We will update the date at the top, and if a change materially affects you we will email the sweet list before it takes effect.
